Production Process
Frozen raw material is processed into fillet/loins, deboning before sending to blast freezer (-38⁰C or lower) for freezing. Once freeze, the products would go through quality check before packing into carton and sent to coldroom (-25⁰C or lower) for storage.
Packaging
Products are taken out from blast freezer and would go through quality check and grading before putting into plastic bags. After that, they are placed into respective cartons (based on different sizes / grades), sealed and strapped before placing into pallet which would send to coldroom (25⁰C or lower) for storage.
Certifications
Our factories had frozen fish cutting processing licenses certified by AVA (Singapore Agri Veterinary Authority). Our production is certified with ISO 22000 and SS444:2010 by SGS. We can also provide MSC certified products. In additional, we are approved to export to Asia, Russia, Brazil (DIPOA), Europe and USA.
We can provide Health certificates to countries like Vietnam, Europe, Sri Lanka, Hong Kong, Brazil, etc. from competent authorities.

We have processing plants located in Asia including China and Singapore. The company is committed to its principle of Total Quality Management. We operate within strict food hygiene and safety practice, sanitation and quality control. Our internationally recognized credentials are HACCP certification, EU exporter and ISO 22000.

Q: How long is your delivery time? A: Generally it takes 14days if the goods are ready in stock. Otherwise, it would take up to 45 days if the goods are not in stock, it also depends on quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra ? A: Yes, we can offer samples free of charge (FOC), excluding the freight cost.
Q: What is your terms of payment ? A: Our payment is 30% in advance upon signing contract and balance 70% upon shipping copies thru email.
