SJB Chemical pump is for the single stage single suction centrifugal pump and has the good features such as abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance

All flow parts of SJB chemical pump are for non metallic materials (UHMWPE or PPH or PFA). The material has high mechanical strength, abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance. UHMWPE is used in temperature from -20 to 80 DegC and PPH is used in temperature from -20 to 110 DegC and PFA is used in temperature from -20 to 150 DegC.

The outer shell of SJB chemical pump is for A3 steel. The outer shell has pressure and impact resistance. Mechanical seals are for SiC material with abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance.  Open type impeller is better for the fluids with solid to pass.

SJB chemical pump is widely used to transfer the acid, alkali, salt etc including hydrofluoric acid, strong oxidant, organic solvents with solid particles. The solid content is less than 40 percent.

SJB chemical pump is especially suitable to transfer iron oxide liquid, mud slurry, coal slurry, ash slurry and titanium dioxide liquid etc. SJB chemical pumps are widely used in pickling line, acid regeneration, neutralization station and degreasing of metallurgical industry and mining industry etc.
