1. Do you provide samples to test quality?
ANS: Yes, welcome to ask for samples before you place an order.

2. How can I get the products?
ANS: Usually we deliver the goods by Express, such as DHL, Fedex, Post. It is up to you. If you need the delivery by Ship,that is ok. We will make the document for your import.

3.How long can I get the samples?
ANS:

DHL& Fedex: 5-7 days
Post: 15-20 days
By ship: 15-60 days.

4. Can your products have ceritification?
ANS: Yes.
Certification for products: SGS/Intertek/MSDS/COA/FDA registered.
Certification for Factory: GMPC/ Iso9001:2008
If you need other special export certificate we can help you to apply it.

5. Can you do my own brand?
ANS: Of course. OEM/ODM is welcome. We can also help you design the package for free.
