Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A: Yes. About our existing products, please provide your Express account, we will send to you in 1-2 work days. About your customized sample, please send the real product and picture to us, we will spend 5 work days to make the sample for you according to your real product. You need to pay the cost of our sample and the Express cost. But we will return back the sample cost after you take the first order.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?

A: Sample payment and Payment<=10,000USD, 100% T/T in advance. Payment>=10,000USD, 50% T/T in advance ,balance 10 days before shippment.

Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

A: Our factory loaded in Shanghai, China.You can come here by air to Honqiao airport, and we will go to pick you up.
