Instructions: 
For cold compress: place pouch in the freezer for at least two hours  before
use to cool 
For hot compress: put the pouch into microwave oven for 1-2 minutes and heat to
desired temperature. Use extreme caution when removing as the pouch can get very
hot. It is recommended that the pouch is wrapped in a soft cloth when used for
hot applications.

CAUTION:

Whether used HOT or COLD, it is advisable to check that the temperature is not too extreme against the skin. It is recommended that the gel pack is wrapped in cloth before applying to skin.
