Biomass gasification is a incomplete combustion of biomass pellets.It is different from biomass burner and biomass fen.Biomass gasification is to produce syngas from biomass pellet.

Our biomass pellet gasification stove adopts fluidized bed pyrolysis to turn biomass wastes into syngas.Circulating fluidized bed makes the biomass wastes inside running all the time.So that they will not pile up and block the gasification body.Also,temperature will be uniform,which increase the gasification efficiency.

Produced syngas has tar contained,so here we will equip with a cleaning system to remove the tar contained.The cleaning system is a special machine used to split tar.This is not a water washing tank.Water-washing will cause the second pollution.Ours is pyrolysis the tar,not just wash it.

Suitable biomass:

Not only biomass pellet,but also wood chip,sawdust,straw,sugar bagasse,palm shell etc can be used

The whole line of biomass gas production includes elevator,screw feeder,biomass gasification stove,discharging system,cleaning system and a controller.
