We usually will shipped items by International EMS,About 5-7 business days of delivery(except for holiday day and something unexpectation), but we do not guarantee delivery time due to difference in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your products is inspected.

FREE EMS will be sent if order amount over USD $100

Currently turn around time right now is 2-5 business days BEFORE shipping.

      FREE  ePacket will be sent if order amount is between $5~$100 it takes 7~27days after shipping.

       For DHL, it takes 2-4days delivery after shipping (Except remote region) when the amount is upto $500 , upgrade to the DHL automaticly.

       For EMS, it takes 5-7days delivery after shipping when the amount is $100 upto $500 both inclusive upgrade to the EMS automaticly.

       For China post air mail, it takes 2-4weeks delivery after shipping

       For China post small package plus, We cannot provide a tracking number.

       Our experience tells us that arrival time is 3-6weeks depending on your location.

Returns

 We try our best to make the customer service that we can. Pls make sure all returns include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging. If items loss or damage on half way, we will not able to offer the full refund. The buyer should try to demand his compensation to the logistic company to recover the cost of loss. The buyers should afford the return fees.

Sizing or Fit Issues

The sizes are illustrated with specific measurements in the details specifications. Pls check in the descriptions before you place an order.

Normally the allowable differences in the size is around 0.5inches. If you find the size unsuit, pls contact with us.

Color differences

Differences in color maybe caused by some other reasons such as color reflection in the monitor, camera, lighting, background etc. However, if you insist the color is erro, pls contact us to solve whether return or refund is OK.
