After falling in love with Vietnam whilst on holiday, Darcy now calls this burgeoning country home for half of each year. Surprised at the lack of coffee houses, he was drawn to teach the Vietnamese people the beautiful coffee culture we’re used to in Australia.

The Dak Lak province is well-known around the globe for producing some of the best beans, in particular the Buon Ma Thuot, now known as the ‘coffee capital’.
