RL-N03 Water Reducer of Flash Setting Admixture and Accelerating Agent

Accelarating admixture is composed of alumina clinker and sodium chlorate .The main function is regulating the setting and hardening speed.The feature is good workability,setting and hardening quick ,good adhesion with base and low rebound rate .The liduid type can decrease dust pollution.

Technology Performance

1、 Liquid dosage is 3-5% of cement ,powder dosage is 4-6%,adjusting as actual composition of cement ;

2、 Standard condition testing,initital setting≤5min,final setting≤ 10min;

3、 10d strength improves 2-3times,28d strength reaches 85% of reference concrete.

Application Technology

1、 Having cement testing before use,choosing best dosage ;

2、 Aged cement and unqualified cement is prohibitied;

3、Mastering the water –cement ratio,strengthening the early protection of flash setting admixture for shotcrete;

4、 The liquid type ,used before dilution;
