1.Q: Will the products with our own logo?(Eonshine) A:Yes, all of our products are customized according to your request.(Eonshine) |

4.Q: Can I have my products to my exact colours? (Eonshine) A: Yes, we can pantone match your product material to any PMS color. (Eonshine) |
| 5.Q: Can my artwork/logo be Pantone matched too? A: Actually we pantone match as closely as possible. When artwork is screen printed, we will pantone match all the colors within your logo. When a logo is digitally printed, it is printed using CMYK colors and therefore absolute exact pantone matches are not possible, but it will be for sure very close. When a logo is in woven, we use threads, not ink. |
6.Q: How should I send my artwork?/What artwork format should I send? (Eonshine) A: The best format would be a vectorised ai, cdr, eps file or a pdf. If you dont have, please provide us the logo and text in outline format.(Eonshine) |
7.Q: What if I don't have any artwork? (Eonshine) A: We have artwork makers who will make your artwork FREE OF CHARGE. If you need your logo or additional text, we can help with this too, again at no extra cost.(Eonshine |
8.Q: What’s the payment term? (Eonshine) A: We can accept for Paypal, Western Union and T/T. Full prepaid for small orders and 30% deposit and balance 70% before shipping for big quantity. (Eonshine) |
9.Q: How long is delivery? (Eonshine) A: We usually use International Express. Delivery will be approx. 2 weeks from artwork approved and you paid the advance, and not from the date you actually requested for Quote. |
10.Q: Who do you use for shipping? (Eonshine) A: We will choose the most suitable international express FedEx, UPS, DHL, FOB, etc., depending upon your urgency and weight of goods or your requests.(Eonshine) |
