KE YOU steel fibers consist of hard drawn carbon steel wire that has been cut into suitable lengths for use as
integral reforcement in concrete and shotcrete mixes.Its aspect ratio request(length to diameter ratio) to minimize the quantity of fiber to be added to a concrete or shotcrete mixe to obtain the requested physical
properties.They are hooked at each end to give improved mechanical anchorage of fibers which concrete or shotcrete.This provides improved impact ressistance,flectural strength relative to straight fibers.KE YOU fiber meetsZ-71.4-3,TC-07-0116-98,EN-14889-1,ASTM A820 and China's YB/T151-1999 standard.

Technology of the mixing for steel fiber
1,To put steel fiber and mixing stuff into mixer to mix 30---60 seconds,the steel fiber will distribute equally in mixing stuff to avoid agglomerate.
2,Then to put sand and concrete into mixer to mix 30—60 senconds.
3,Finally to add water into the mixer to turn and mix 2-3minutes.
4,To tranport them to working place.
Caution
To minimize the risk of minor injury when handling or finishing mixes containing steel fibers,gloves should be worn.Gloves of similar quality to those normally worn by concrete placing and finishing crews are adequate.The use of gloves and eye protection during loading of steel fibers to mixer is recommended.
