In addition to traditional spirits, many of them at very low prices, such as vodka, gin, rum, tequila and many others, we have some very special craft spirits that are limited in availability.

Potato Vodka

Why potatoes? Most vodka is made from corn or wheat, but vodka made from potatoes offers a subtle sweet character to vodka that cannot be found in the corn and wheat products.

Each batch is hand crafted in a 1,200 liter copper pot still using only the "hearts" of the run. Every bottle is filled by hand, corked and sealed by dipping the corked top in wax. And each and every bottle is batch numbered and personally signed by the still master. This is definitely a hand-crafted vodka made with care and affection by the owners.

Our Potato Vodka is meant to satisfy the pallet of the genuine vodka gourmet who wants to savor the taste of a great vodka, one sip at a time. This product is without doubt "top shelf."

Moonshine

What is Moonshine?

Moonshine is any alcoholic drink, usually whisky or rum that was originally made in secret to avoid high taxes or to avoid the "law" in places where there is an outright ban on alcoholic drinks. The term "moonshine" loosely comes from the fact that most of these illegal products where made out in the backwoods, where the production was hidden, and then were transported under the cover of darkness, when the moon was up and the drivers could use moonlight to navigate the dark roads. 

The backwoods "brewmasters" became known as moonshiners, and the term became exclusively theirs. Moonshiners were actually some of the first NASCAR drivers, using their racing skills in the organized racing sport that they learned while outrunning the law on dark, moonlit nights.

• Citrus Forward Gin - Our Citrus Forward Gin has subtle hints of juniper with an orange zest overtone that brings a fresh new twist to this old classic. Whether it’s in a Tom Collins, Gin & Tonic, or Gimlet, this Gin will have you pondering just what else Gin can do. It’s a Gin that both experienced Gin drinkers and newcomers can enjoy.

• Wheat Vodka - Yes, we know that most vodka is wheat based vodka, but this product has a surprisingly smooth foundation you can build your drink and your evening on. Our Wheat-based Vodka is made from soft white wheat grown on a family farm not far from the distillery. It is this local grain that gives us the smooth taste, body, and feel that every distiller desires for their Vodka, and we are proud to have such desirable grain close by in the rich soil close by the distillery.

• Little Barrel Bourbon - This is the signature product of of one of our top craft distilleries – the product that was the reason behind founding the distillery. Two years in a 30-gallon charred American white oak barrel takes an already fine four-grain bourbon and gives it deep, rich, complex flavors.

• Professional Proof Vodka - This is not a spirit you drink, but one you create with. At 150 proof this Professional Proof Vodka would be too strong for a normal drink. But mix in your favorite fruits and spices and steep them for a few weeks you will infuse all of their goodness into this spirit ready to be added to your favorite drinks.
