Porel Microfibre (Super-imiatates Cotton) and Its Yarns

  Porel is the trademark of new-generation supre-imiatated cotton microfiber and yarn, which adopts the specially modified polyester and a self-owned spinning technique.

The common polyester fibre is neither water-absorbent nor air-permeable, the products of which therefore feel sultry if dressed during the summer; its low hygroscopicity does not hold warmth and makes the material chilly in the winter, After eight years of persistent efforts in the research,our company introduces the hydrophilic radical and flexible radical into the polyester chemistry modification. Furthermore, because of the cotton-like cavity structure employed in our spinning technique, the Porel cloth can emulate the feel of the mercerized cotton and automatically help adjust the heat&   moisture balance of the skin when dressed snugly.

Given the advantages of Porel fiber as the snug cloth, we finally spin it together with cotton, cellulose fibre and mercerized wool in different proportions to form the following functional yarns:

(1)   unidirectional mosisture-transfer yarn

(2)   moisture- absorbing and rapid-drying yarn

(3)   moisture-absorbing and heat-generating yarn

(4)   cold-proof and rapid-drying yarn

Porel functional yarn has a wide range of applications, including summer sportswear, casual pants, student underclothing of spring and summer, cold-proof undershirts,and linens like Towels, socks and bed sheets.

If any downstream enterprise uses the fabric and clothing of the Porel functional yarn, our company will provide function hang-tags.
