Product Induction
Magnet lifter has strong magnetic path produced by NdFeB magnet. On and off magnetic path is controlled by turning the manual handle. The lifters have the features of strong attraction, smaller volume, lighter weight, powerful lifting effort, easy and safe to operate, long-period effort and without power supply.
Application
They are been used to lift and transport the steel and iron for factories, docks, ware houses, and so on.
Magnetic Lifts are made of high quality steel and strong powerful rare earth magnets by grinding, welding, screwing process in most reasonable design. It is very convenience for worker operation because that on and off are controlled by turning the handle without extra power.
Instead of clamping devices, slings or chains, magnetic lifter are widely used to lift and move different shaped steel working piece directly, like steel plate, steel pipe or rod in factory, dork, warehouse, etc.
It can carry steel plate, cast ingot, shape steel as well as steel scrap and slag. Besides, single and combined usage is allowable to carry big and long magnetic/iron components, which is helpful to improveworkcondition and efficiency greatly.
