HY-505/G75 is a kind of double-component solvent polyurethane dry laminating adhesive with high performance. It can be applied to the lamination of different materials such as OPP, CPP, PE, CPE, PET, NY, AL.PVC and etc.
B. Characteristics
1..With good initial viscidity and high viscosity speed, being applied to composite material like aluminium foil and nylon .espcially for the cable film.
2. Good performance of hydrolyze resistance, temperature resistance, medium resistance, acid/alkali resistance and anti-freeze;it can poach and digesting (in 121°C)
3. Good humidification and leveling property, widely adapted to the coating with high and medium speed and the laminating of soft packing material with high transparence.

D. Dilution & Requirement
Solvent is mostly ethyl acetate; the water content should be less than 0.2%, and the solvent must not contain live hydrogen such as alcohol and amine.
1. Equipment: common dry laminating equipment.
2. Glue quantity in coating: 2.5-5g/ m2 (dry basis)
3. Laminating dry passage temperature: 60°C-70°C-80°C (for reference)
4 Ripe temperature: 40-50°C
5. Ripe time: over 12-48 hours
