The application of jaw crusher for stone:
Jaw processing machine widely used for crushing various materials like stone, granite, trap rock, coke, coal, manganese ore, iron ore, emery, fused aluminum, oxide, fused calcium carbide, lime stone, quartzite, alloys, etc.
Working Principle of jaw stone crusher:
The motor transmits power through belt, drives the moving jaw do periodic motion to the fixed jaw surround the eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw increases when moving jaw moves up. So the moving jaw closes to the fixed jaw. The stuff will be crushed in this process. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down, the moving jaw moves away from fixed jaw by the pulling of rod and spring, the products such as stone after crushing will be discharged from the outlet.

A: According to clients request, Zhengzhou General company can provide installation Technicians to supervise and assist in the assembly and commissioning of the equipment. Travel and accommodation costs, plus US$60 per day per one to be met by the client.

A:30% by TTby order + 70% before shipment
Q: What about Warranty? what will we do if the machine is broken down?
A: The warranty period for all of Zhengzhou General company structural and mechanical equipment is normally one year. The warranty period for all electric motors is six months. Wear parts are not covered in warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.
