Grade A: dark green, glossy, tastes tender and sweet, with uniform thickness and regular edge, no damage and hole, no dead spot, no chilrella and diatom,high suppleness and suitable for top grade sushi
Grade B: deep green, glossy, tastes fresh and sweet, with uniform thickness and regular edge, no damage and hole, no dead spot,suitable for high quality sushi
Grade C: green glossy, with flavor, no damage, occasionally with dead spot, chlorella and diatom,suitable for normal sushi
Grade D: yellow green, low glossiness with delicate flavor, occasionally with chlorella and diatom, suitable for low grade sushi
