White Peony belongs to the category of White Tea. In the process of withering, it has attained its special quality such as:  two leaves holding one bud and natural shape with light green color.The whole leaf sheet is fat and tender like ripples. The back of leaf is covered with fine silvery hairs. The edge of leaf slightly curls to the back. The leaf connects to the bud with soft vein. After infuion into the water ,it appears like a blossomy peony, and so it is  called White Peony.
