JST-45 small volume bottle injection blowing mold machine
1.Apply the double vertical pole and single horizontal beam to make enough rotation space,longer bottles,make the mold installation easy and simple.
2.The injection mold adopt the double assisstant cylinder open-close mold,ensure the stable and quick moving.The clamping force is three points equal distribution high-speed hydraulic-added valve can increase the clamping speed.
Maximum bottle size can be 500ml .
A). Neck part is made by injection providing the mouth & screw precision, can 100% matching cap, no any leakage.
B), No clamping line at bottom & clamping line at body side smooth for labeling. Bottle with balance wall thickness & No flash to save material.
C). Body & bottom with strong mechanical strength.
