Q1: Does the device pre-install XBMC?
Yes,all our boxes have preinstalled the lastest XBMC KODI 14.2 /15.2 / 16.0 etc,
and we can also help customers to pre install their own apps or add ons.
Q2: Can I have my own logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?
Yes. We are a factory with more than 200 employees.You can print your logo, company name on the products or package, the exact quantity is determined by the exact model. You can also send us the artwork by email in AI or CorelDraw format. Anyway, we welcome OEM and ODM order!
Q3: What's your charger standard? Are they available in my country?
Normally , we have EU plug, US plug, UK plug and AU plug.The adapter we send to you is accordingly to your country standard or your request.
Q4:Hardware problem solutions
1.when open the apk icon,it comes to crash?
→→→the reason may be your android system memory is full ,so pls delect the balanced apps .
2.some channels can not be viewed or buffering
→→→Don't worry ,pls check your internet speed and which channel and which program has the problem ;
3.if can add some more programs ?
→→→sorry ,generally ,it couldn't ,thanks ~
4.can not login Android interface ?
→→→contact us ,we will offer Flash firmware ;
5.Can not starting up ?
→→→pls check the set top box light on or not ,if the light is not bright ,pls check the power supply ,if the power suppli is normal to use ,it should be the machine has problem ,need to be repaired .
if the light on ,but TV is black screen,you need to check if the HDMI line is connected well or not ? or you can use the IR remote to set the HDML export ;if the light not bright , it should be the machine is wrong ,need to be repaired .
6.buffering ?
→→→pls check how many signs in the network ? you use the apk in which country ? we can ask our enigneer to adjust the circuit ;
Q5:After sale service
1. What's your warranty policy?
The hardware warranty for one year. We give all our boxes for one year warranty , during the period , if the box have problems , buyer can contact to fix it, or we will replace a new one for you.
(if the android box is under warranty ,customer can send back the box ,but customer will need offer the return shipping cost ,we will need charge usd25 for courier cost )
2.Do I need to pay the annual fee or monthly fee?
For this Arabic iptv set top box , we give it free susbcription. That is to say you don't need to pay any yearly fee or monthly fee.
Q6: How long will my order received?
DHL/UPS/FedEx Express usually takes about 3-5 working days to the destination. And it's about 5-8 working days by EMS or TNT. Hongkong Post Air Mail and Singapore Post Air Parcel take 10 to 30 days to ship to worldwide.
