And when you send us an inquiry, please make sure you send along with necessary information regading the parameters of the elevator.
At least following information:
1).How many people loading(or loading capacity in Kg)? (normally, 6 persons means 450kg, 8 persons means 630kg, 10 persons means 800kg,13 persons means 1000kg etc.)
2).How many floors does the elevator travel, and total travelling height?
3).Shaft width and shaft depth?
4).Machine room type or machine room less type?
5).Any other requirement if you have, if not, we will provide based on our standard specification.
3. Installation & Maintaining & Technical Support
Installation & Maintenance manuals will be delivered along with the elevator in the container.
You are suggested to hire a professional team for installation and future maintenance.
Remote technical support is available via email, whatsapp, skype and etc.
You can also send your technician staff to our factory/working site to receive necessary trainging.
If above methods still could not solve your technical problem, we will arrange our technician to your working site upon your request.
4. Brand Names
Our brand is "ONTON" - previously, our brand was "OMLON". OEM service is also available, but only after authorization from the owner of the brand.
5. Payment Terms
T/T or L/C at sight.

EXW / FOB / CIF / CNF price terms are all available.
7. Spare Parts & Guaranty
Every elevator has a package of spare parts delivered along with the container.
If any parts get damaged due to quality issue within 15 months after B/L date. We will send new replacement once /confirm/ied.
