1. How about your company ?
We are trade integration and have own factory , which had engaged in the underwear industry for 10+ years.

2.Can i customized my own logo and design?
Yes, OEM & ODM service is available for us. Kindly send your customize requirement to us and we will give you some suggestions.

3.What's your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
According to our factory status, we required 500dzn(6000pcs) each color for underwear, while for the stocking item, no MOQ limited.

4. How about product quality ?
We have a large number of outstanding technical personnel and strict QC system to control the qulity.

5.If it is possible to check your samples first before i place an order?
(1)Of course yes. We can provide some samples to you for free.
(2)But we'd like you to share the shipping cost in advance.

6.How long can i get the fitting samples?
It depends on the shipping way. Usually, this process will takes 4-7 days.

7.What your leading time will be?
Usually, we take 45-75 days for mass production, after you confirm the fitting samples. The exact time depends on your order quantity and our production schedule. Anyway we will try our best to push earlier for you.

8. How about payment ?
(1)We accept to receive your payment by T/T
(2)For more amount, 30% disposit, 70% pay by T/T before delivery.

9. Will I be charged additional tax or duties when i get my delivery?
This depends on the country to which your order will be delivered. In some countries, there are no additional taxes or duties, that will be charged to you by respective country customs. In other countries, tax and duties may be applied under different conditions, for instance, if your order value is above a certain threshold.
Please check with your local customs office for more information about possible charges.

10. Can i ship the goods by our shipping agent?
Yes, of course. We are very glad to know that you have shipping agent, in this way, we just charge the cost of goods and shipping fee from our warehouse to your shipping agent.

11. Can I put my own label and logo on the styles?
Yes, and you have two options:
(1) Send your label design to us and we make them for you.
(2) Send your finished labels to us and we put them on the styles (free of charge).
