We are experts in product engineering and manufacturing.We've precise divisions and production lines to ensure that you receive the highest quality product at the fairest price.We have both production site for Christmas plastic balls,including blowing,plating,colour painting production lines.Also for Christmas trees from PVC tips to final tree assembly production lines.Production capablity is 100000pcs 8cm balls a day,and 500000tips a day for Christmas tree.

3.QUALITY ASSURANCE

Quality inspector each process check,to inspect outcomes from each processes,blowing,plating ,painting,packing,sampling on finished goods,container loading checks.What's more,accept clients or third party's inspection.We offer quality check report to client each order before shipment.Quality check according to AQL 1.0 for major defects,AQL 4.0 for minor defects.

Q1: Are you trading company or manufacturer?

A1: We are manufacturer of Christmas ball and tree.

Q2: How long takes to visit your factory, can you arrange pick up?

A2: It takes 1hr driving from Shenzhen to our Huizhou factory, and we are able to arrange pick at the airport, train station, border of HK Welcome to visit our factory!

Q3: Could you offer samples?

A3: Yes. Sample’s production fee is according to actual cost and will be refundable when you place order. And for sure free samples can be offered for the available items.

Q4: Can we customized the color?

A4: Yes, it can do customized color if quantity meet our MOQ.

Q5: How can you ensure product quality?

A5: There’re 3 experience QC inspectors checking the product quality and we monitor all the containers loading to make sure the qty is 100% loaded. We guarantee AQL1.0 for major defects, AQL4.0 for minor defects.
