Q2: How long and how to get sample from us?
A:
1) We can make as per your request, please provide us design drawings in PDF to follow. For non-leather belt, you only need to pay for the transportation freight; for leather belt, you will need to pay sample cost, but once bulk order placed, we will refund you the sample cost.
2) Sample lead time: about 7 days.
3) Sample payment: we accept sample payment sent by West Union, paypal and T/T.
Q3: How to order?

Please send us your inquire by E-mail, our sales person will reply you very soon. We need to know the following information before order placed:
1) Production information: quantity, specification (size, material, color, logo and packing requirement), design drawings or sample will be the best for you.
2) Lead time required.
3)Shipping information: Company name, Address, Phone number, Destination seaport/airport, Nominated forwarder contacts.
Q4: Can the logo or company name be on the products or package?
A:
Sure. For products: your logo or company name can be on by stamping, printing, embossing, die casting, coating or sticker. For package, logo can be printed, tagged, labeled or sticker.

Q6: What is the whole process for doing business with us?
A:
1) First, please provide details of the products you need so we can quote for you.
2) If price is acceptable, we will make PP sample for your approval.
3) If sample approved and require bulk production, we will provide Proforma Invoice as order /confirm/iation, then deposit payment will be required .
4) During the whole production process, we will send you photos of all goods, packing, loading details, so you can keep an eye on your products.
5) We will send you B/L copy once goods shipped and Original documents will be provided right after balance paid.
6) Please contact us if you have any problems after you receive goods, and we will fix it for your as our top priority.
