FEATURES & USAGE
FEATURES:
1. Low Dosage, High Water Reducing Rate above 45%,can be used for high strength & high performance concrete
2. Low Slump Loss: Slump loss below 15% within 2hours of premixed concrete, which is very favorable for long distance transport and smoothly pumping of the concrete.
3. High Working Performance: Using RU-P03 polycarboxylate mother liquor to compound concrete, it has no obvious isolation, bleeding even in high slump retention and have uniform concrete color. It has great advantage for making high fluidity concrete, self-leveling concrete, self-compact concrete, and bare concrete.
4. Good Compatibility, it has good compatibility with different cement and admixtures.
5. Low Shrinkage,it can reduce concrete shrinkage obviously and improve the volume stability and durability of concrete.
6. low-alkali, precipitation free in low temperature.
7. Price very competitive.
8. Environment Friendly, non toxic ,no chloride, no alkali, no pollution
USAGE:
1. Dosage, as the high solid content of the mother liquor, it is suggested to compound to 7%-25% of solid content, the exact dosage should be according to the test.
2. Strictly water consumption control, Because of the water reducing rate is high, the slump retention is sensitive of the water consumption.
ATTENTION:
1. Cannot be mixed with rosin & saponin air entraining admixtures
2. Cannot store in metal container for long time, better use PE , PVC, FRP container.
3. Cannot mixed with naphthalene series water reducer.
4. Exact dosage required.
5. Stored in 0-40℃ temperature, keep dry, avoid direct sunlight & rain. Storage period should be within 6 months. If some precipitate appears, please stir evenly.
6. Non toxic, non-ignitable, transport as normal chemicals.
