         Sample free except for special ones.Freight cost will be paid by your side.

Q2: About the warranty:How long for warranty?

        18Months.1:1 replacement in the next order if there are any defects.

Q3:  About the MOQ:What is your minimum order QTY?

        Our minimum order quantity is 50pcs each model,but you are welcome to place trail order.

Q4:  About the delivery:What is your delivery time?

        For sample order:3-5 working days after payment received.

        for the cartridge?

Q6:  About the payment: How should i pay?

        We accept the T/T,West Union,MoneyGram and Paypal.

1.Turn off the power.

2.Open the print cover, then bring the old toner cartridge out.

3.Tear off Red sealing strip which is in the head of toner cartridge.

4.shaking the cartridge by horizontal about 5 times.

5.Put the new cartridge into printer until the guide rail slide to the bottom. Then close the print cover

6.Turn on the power.

1.Don’t move the seal before use, otherwise the printer effects will be not so good as before.

2.Do not expose to sun.

3.Don’t rotate OPC yourself. OPC should be rotate in the same order,

   otherwise it will broken some part and the toner will be leakage.

4.It should be shaking by horizontal about 6-8 times to well-distributed the toner. And then move the seal.

5.Keep away from displayer, hard disk drive and other things with magnetism.

1)Material

   We use A+ grade OPC,PCR, Blades, MAG ROLLER, SCC chip, Korea toner to fill black toner cartridge, Mistubishi toner to fill color toner cartridge.

2)Production

   We follow the rules strictly as Raw material inspection →Match testing →Assembling →Powder filling →100% Pre-testing →5% Random testing →3% Life testing →1% Temperature testing →Packing →5% Random testing befor shipment release,do best to make sure low defective ≤1%.
