1.All the products produced by Grandsea building material factory need get throught three strict inspections before packing: Raw material cutting test, Production process inspection, The finished debugging.

Glass:

1: Single tempered glass 10mm

2. Double layer tempered laminated glass,5mm+0.76PVB+5mm

3: Double layer tempered hollow glass, 5mm+27A+5mm

4.Frosted glass, color tinted glass,glass type could be customized.

Aluminum frame color:

Type 1:  Bubble film+wooden frame, free, no charge cost, suitable FCL(full container loading)

 Type 2:  Bubble film+Pearl cotton+Plywood box, charge cost $ 80--$100 one box, suitable LCL (Air transport,Logistics)

1. What is the delivery time ?

A: 15 days for the standard color and 35 days for the customized. It depends on the details.

2. What about your package?

A: Using four steps of package, your goods are given an all-round protection regardless of the cost.

We have been exporting lots of products to overseas, not any client makes complain about the package.

3. What is your payment items?

A: Normally we accept 30%~50% of total amount by T/T as deposit and balance before delivery. If you have any other suggestion, pealse contact with us.

4. Can I come to your factory before I make the order?

A: Of course. We'd love to have you come. Our factory located in Guangzhou Liwan District, having a good transportation. If you like, we would like to pick up you to our factory.

5. Can I get a free sample before ordering?

A: We would like to provide sample before your ordering but not free. After you make order to us, the money will reture to you. It is a good way to show the sincerity for both of us.

6. How can I konw the price exactly?

A: The price is based on your specific requiremeny, it is better to provide the following information to help us quote exact price to you.

(1) Official drawing of windows&doors to show us the dimensions, quantity and types;

(2) The color the frame and also the thickness of the profile you would like to choose;

(3) Type of the glass: single or double glass, laminated or Low-E glass, others;

(4) Any other your personal requirements is also needed.
