We utilize Computer Aided Design technology to design your project for accurate and scaled finished drawings for your approval. This ensures you receive the exact design, proportions, and size you want and expect. You can choose a stock design in our collection or we can custom design to your specifications.

Galvanizing against rusting

All of the Ages Design entry doors are pre-hung. Our pre-hung doors include: jamb, doors, heavy-duty low profile hinging, astragals, flush bolts, roller latches, jamb weatherstripping and neoprene astragal weather-stripping. All components are fully mortised for a flush finished product. We bore a standard 1 1/2” dead-bolt hole with a 2 3/8” backset as standard. Ages Design will deliver a turn-key product; ready for immediate use and life-long satisfaction.

Construction

Many manufacturers of iron doors and jambs use a moderate 16 gauge tube steel. However Ages Design entry doors and jambs are made of thick 13 gauge tube steel, which is the thickest grade in the industry. All seams are fully welded, ground and polished for a clean and refined finish. We provide the highest quality craftsmanship, eliminating the need for bondo, fillers and cover-up. By upgrading our materials and techniques we ensure that our doors are not only handsome, but will also stand the test of time.All door stiles and rails are packed with fiberglass insulation, providing protection against inclement weather and damage.

Independent Swing-Out Glass

We offer a sleek low-profile swing-out glass system that allows for ventilation and easy glass cleaning. The profile of your door, from front to back, is clean and unobstructed by excessive hinges or latches. Our glass is 1” double-pane tempered and insulated and available in a variety of styles.

Heavy gauge stainless steel ball baring hinges

We use heavy gauge stainless steel ball baring hinges to keep best performance and smooth swing of the doors. We put 2 or 3 hinges on 1 side of the door as requested.
