DEscriptION :
Celery oleoresin is obtained by solvent extraction of the dry seeds of Apium graveolens L.(family: Umbelliferae) of Indian origin.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS :
Greenish brown oily liquid with typical warm aroma, bitterish taste of celery. The product is soluble in fixed oils.
