 Table olives are the product obtained from the wholesome fruit. The main features to choose them for production are volume, shape, taste and firmness which make them particularly suitable for processing and allow for a long shelf life. The Empeltre variety is very used as table olives. It is black and it has characteristic flavor because of the high oil content, about 20%. This oil contents mainly unsaturated fatty acids, especially oleic acid. 

Spanish-style black olives provide us with valuable amounts of many different antioxidant and anti-inflammatory nutrients.

Who we are

Fernando Alcober e Hijos S.A. is a family company, founded in 1945, dedicated to the production and sale of quality products from Bajo Aragon: Virgin Olive oil Extra, Wines or the natural Black Olives from our zone. 

In our two production centres, located in Calaceite and Valdeltormo, we collect and select the best quality products from our region. Our products can be distributed at any point in Spain or Europe, either for businesses or individuals.

What we do

We supply our products directly to wholesalers in bulk or packing. In addition, we are also suppliers for retailers and consumers, carrying out the logistics until the product has been delivered.
