Xhieh Chin Enterprise Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan based company engaged in the production and manufacture of furniture hardware. XC as it is popularly known is founded in 1960's and it aims to promote our products to the different furniture factories within the country. A few years later, it has spread its operations to other parts in Asia like Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam and now extends its reach in the US and other parts of the globe.

Over the years, XC has established several overseas locations and has provided over thousands of furniture hardware to countless customers all over the world. Our base of over 5,000 die-cast, stamped-metal and plastic injected parts is the fruit of over 50 years of experience. We can easily modify any of these products to meet the customer's needs.In fact, our Taiwan-based R&D staff creates over 500 new molds yearly for our clients. In our Taiwan and Mainland China factories, over 400 workers follow all production stages in-house for an efficient 14-day completion of your orders. We also provide in-house QC testing for a high product-acceptance rate.

We offer a wide variety of furniture hardware products such as bolts and screws, fasteners, handles, hinges, slides, casters, swivels and now had expanded our product lines to include door hardware and LED lightings. And to address the current demand in the market, the company is currently working on adding another line which will include architectural hardware.

Laboratory Test and Testing Reports:

To ensure that all the products are in excellent quality, we develop our Total Quality Control or TQC system.  All of our products have been tested in our own laboratory and third party laboratories based on the quality requirements of the customer. The testing machines which are compliant to international standards includes the Salt Spray Test, Thickness of the Surface Coating, the Adhesive Power for the Power Coating and the Electroplating, Endurance Test and Load Test for the Ball Bearing and Roller Slides, Torque Test for the  Fasteners, X Ray Tester for the Lead Contents and the heavy materials and others. All these tests are performed because we want to ensure all the items are in good andacceptable quality when they are delivered to our valued customers.
