The wood wastes gasification bio gas production stove main includes belt conveyor,screw feeder,gasification chamber,ash discharging system and a controller.This movable wood gasification stove is our newly-designed horizontal type,with a chain grate inside the gasification chamber.Much easy to operate and workers don' t have to get any liscence.

This wood wastes gasification production stove uses wood pieces or other kinds of agricultural and forestry wastes as raw materials.Load wood wastes into the gasification chamber,the motor outside the stove will drive the chain grate,so that wood wastes will move together with the chain grate.This can make sure wood waste get uniform temperature and soonly be gasified into syngas.This portable gasification stove can be set in normal warehouse,and can be connected to many types of industry furnaces.It is different from biomass burner.Biomass burner is complete combustion of biomass materials and used to supply heat energy.Our gasification kiln is incomplete combustion and used to generate hot syngas.They can both support heat but still different in technology and application.Besides,it is very suitable for those users who are first time to start this project.It can be connected to boilers,forging machines,heating stoves and other kinds of industry furnaces.
