Q:  What’s your MOQ?/ Could you accept small orders?

  A:   We accept orders above 1pcs.

Q:  How long Warranty?

  A:   Most of our products enjoy atlest 1 year warranty.

Q:  Can I get a sample order?

  A:   Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.

        mixed samples are acceptable.

Q:  Can you make a custom designed product?

  A:   Yes, OEM & ODM serivces are available.

Q:  What payment methods do you accept?

  A:   We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. We can also

        accept T/T, Western Union, MoneyGram, Alibaba online

        payment (trade assurance), several other methods.

Q:  How soon will you dispatch my order?

  A:    Generally within 3-5 working days. OEM & ODM order would  be longer.

Q:  How do you ship the goods/ how long does it take arrive?

  A:   DHL, Fedex, UPS, EMS and TNT are preferred by most of our

         Clients, We also have great contacts for professional air and

         Sea shipping agents for big wholesale orders.

Q:  How long does delivery take?

  A:   Air and Sea shipping depends on the order quantity and

        your location, so please contact us for an estimate. A smaller

        express shipment will arrive in 3-5 working days.

Q:  If I send  you my design will it remain private?

  A:   Of course, We never share an individual’s private designs

        with anyone else, We could sign a confidentiality agreement

        before production.

Q:  Can you do a custom logo on the products?

  A:   Yes, we can print your logo and company name etc in

        our products. You can send us the artwork by email in

        AI, Jpg, Tif, Eps, Tiff or Coreidraw formats.
