Q2:What kind of payment terms are accepted?

A2. Following payments are accepted by our group

Q3:When can the goods be delivered after order is placed?

A3. Depends on various products, it can be from 30 days to 45 days, exact delivery time will be specified in proforma invoice once order is confirmed.

Q4: Are items shown on website ready to deliver after order is placed?

A4. Most of the items are needed to be made once order is confirmed. Stock items may be available due to different seasons, please contact us for detail information.

Q5: How is your Quality Control?

A5. -Before the order to be confirmed, we would check the material and color  by sample which should be strictly the same as mass production.

      -We will be tracing the different phase of production from the beginning.

      -Every product quality will be checked before packing.

      -Before delivery clients could send one QC or point the third party to check the quality. We will try our best to help clients when problem occurred.

Q6: How can I get quotation and make order?

A6. Send us your dimensions and requests (or send your plan) in below,click “send”,or contact us by phone or email directly, we will make the design and then quote exactly cost. Proforma invoice will be issued once order is confirmed and production will be started once advance payment is finalized.
