A: Of course, we can send you samples as requested for free, but the freight will be paid by yourside.

A: Yes,  we can make the products according to your requirements given your detailed drafts or samples. size,color,shape ,logo,packing,etc.

Q: How does your factory  do regarding quality control?

A: Quality is priority. Our workers always attach great importance to quality control from the beginning to the end,to make sure customer buy high quality products, Each products will be inspected before packing by our QC staffs.

Q: What's the payment terms?

A: T/T is accepted. 30% as deposit, balance before shipment.

Q: What's the delivery time?

A: For regular items, usually deliver within 30 days. For special items, normally 40-50 days. We will update this daily to let you know the latest situation by mail.

A: Normally,  we always got special offers for you. For the old clients, they may have special discount when placing repeat order. If the order quantity is large, then we also can offer some discount to you.

Q: How is your After-sales services?

A: Any defective products, Please Email us the pictures of defective products, If the problem on our side occured, products can be returned, we will send you a replacement without extra fee.
