Question: OEM/ODM, or customer’s logo printed is available?
Answer:    Yes, OEM/ODM, customer’s logo is welcomed.

 Question: What’s your payment term?
 Answer:    Regularly doing 30% deposit and 70% balance by T/T, Western Union, Paypal. Other payment terms also can be discussed based on our cooperation.

 Question: Delivery date ?
 Answer:    Usually 20-25 days after receiving deposit for mass custom order, and  2-3 days for stock orders.

 Question: How does your quality control ?
 Answer:    We have professional QC term, control the quality during the mass production and inspect the completely packed goods.

 Question: If we don’t have any shipping forwarder in China, could you do this for us ?
 Answer:    We can offer you best shipping line to ensure you can get goods timely at best price.

 Question: Do you have some after service ?
 Answer:    We can prepare all documents you need, and solve all problems related to the current order. Also keep sending promotional items.

 Question: I never come to China before, can you be my guide in China ?
 Answer:    We are happy to provide you one-stop service, such as booking ticket, pick up, booking hotel, accompany visiting market or factory….. we can be in charge of business for you in China.
