Q1: Are you a manufacturer? or trading company?

Q4: I want some samples, could you offer me?

A4: Of course, we're honered to offer you sample. It or they will be delivered within 5 or 7 days after we decide the details of samples.

Q5: Can we select shipping agent on our own?

A5: Of course you can. We do have a great relationship with some forwanders. We're very happy to recommend you a few if you need.

Q6: Where do you ship your items usually?

A6: It's not limited. Shipping port could be Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shanghai and so on.

Q7: I'd like to have a visit to your factory, how could I get there?

Q7: It's our honer that you wanna come to visit us. Our factory place in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China. You could take off at Baiyun International Airport and we will pick you up.

About the delievry time, we have to be honest with you that it depends on the order quantity. If OEM and ODM are required, delievery time will be longer than usual. But please be calm, we honer our own brand and we'll keep our promises and offer you our best work.

5. A few steps before we starting the production:

     a. We will let you know as soon as we recive the payment.

     b. Make sample and take photoes of every change that you required. When the the confirmation is done. Pushing on the production immediately.

     c. When the items is done. Arrange shippment ASAP and when the goods are on ship. Accepting the payment-term balance against B/L copy or L/C payment term. Tracking No. will be informed. We could track it for you.

     d. When the items reach you, one coorperation is finished.
