Manual Winch

The rotary drive mechanism of handle is equipped with stopper (ratchet wheel and pawl), which can keep heavy goods on the required position. Manual winch which is used to be assembled or lift heavy goods also should be equipped with safe handle and brake. Manual winch is generally used for light weight goods without power source.

Electric Winch

Electric winch is widely used in the place where the work is heavy and the required pulling is large. The electric motor of single drum electric winch will drive the drum by gearbox and there is brake between motor and gearbox. To suitable to lift, pull, rotate and more working requirements, there are double drums electric winch and multi drums electric winch. Generally if the rated loading is less than 10T, it will be designed to electric winch.

Hydraulic Winch

Hydraulic winch mainly have large rated loading. Generally when the loading up to 10T-5000T, the winch will be designed to hydraulic winch. It is composed by hydraulic motor (high speed and low speed), hydraulic normally-close multi-pieces type brake, epicyclic gearbox, clutch(optional), drum, support bearing, rack, etc. Hydraulic motor have high mechanical efficiency and large starting torque. It can be equipped with different distributer as per working condition requirements. The structure have good advantages of compact, small size, light weight and nice appearance. The performance features are safety, high efficiency, large staring torque, good stability for low speed, small noise, reliable operation, etc.
