Introduction: Legend has it that weasels used to eat red ripe coffee beans and then left whole naked beans on rocks and in their dens. The local people collected these beans, brought them home to wash, dry and flavored them to make tasty beverages. No longer do weasels do that job nowadays. However, as a lesson learnt, Me Trang initiated a digestive enzyme similar to that in weasel stomach and do roasting in a special way to make Weasel coffee.
Special features: The Weasel coffee has a musty smell, mild bitter, mild aroma. The caffeine content is about 1.20 – 1.40%.
