An automatic artificial quartz stone production line include mixing system,spreading system ,pressing system ,heating system , polishing system,transport system and PLC control system .

There are two processes in our mixing system ,one is remix bowl ,bowl inner wall is decorated by special material with special process ,void silica sand darkening during rub.

Another part is for mixing resin and sand ,special blender can mixing raw material no different color ,in order to there is no different color in your product .

Spreading system is automatic,it just take 2 minutes to spread one piece of slab size 3250*1650*15 flat,it is more quickly and flat than worker,it can save raw material .

Pressing system is very important in production line ,decisive element of most qualities of slab by pressing machine .there are two kinds of pressing machine in market ,one is the method of press force is up and down ,another is like kneading .our pressing machine is the first method ,the motors are outside ,they don’t attend vibrate ,insure they have a working life .the pressing machine base plat is thicker and high strength ,press head is made of cast steel ,pressing machine frame is made of cast steel ,the big motors impel 4 power shafts with 8 press heads ,meet there are 32 point all directions to press up and down .and use hydraulic spring control press heads void slab moving during pressing .the power motor can be control by frequency changer .this pressing machine’s advantages :1,more efficient and less resin rate,2,needs less coat mould of slab . 3,void slab running color .4,durable and reasonable cost .

There are two kinds of heating system in production line ,one is heating oven ,there are 15 to 18 floors in the oven ,is thermal oil furnace ,one slab is heated by two thermal oil steel plat ,can be heated uniformity .and the oven works automatically and needs less space .another method heating system is heating tunnel ,it needs bigger space to install,use the heater motors impel heater strips to heat the slab ,it cost less than heating oven .it is more used in small size slab production line .

There are several parts in polishing machine ,the bridge cutting machine ,it works automatically and conveniently to cut four sides of slab .the multi-heads calibrating machine calibrate slab thickness and insures slab flat of two sides through panel turnover machine .multi-heads polishing machine make the slab surface light.

Transport system is made up wheel shelves with PLC and automatic moving arms,they work automatically ,need less workers and high effective .

The whole production line use PLC controller ,make automatic production line and allow less workers to operate ,void need workers to carry heavy product ,guarantee their safety .

The automatic artificial quartz stone production line can make slab size 3250*1650*6-30mm,needs about 20 workers ,1400kw power ,land more than 100maters long ,more than 45meters wide .
