Mould design for blow mould: 1,Must have enough strength, stiffness and resistance, used in repeated mol merged process under pressure form extrusion.
2,Feed cylinder the thickness is usually bigger than products wall. So we should choose the high thermal conductivity material to make.
3,Should be cut off the tail material, form the neat incision.
Blow molding mould cooling system design:
1,General plastic wall is thicker, the greater the pipe diameter.
2,The more quantity of the cooling water, more cool temperature in the mould, and the plastic parts is uniform cooling.
3,Mark in the direction of flow to the cooling channels.
4,Should lower the temperature of flooding water and effluent.
5,Reasonably determine the position of the cooling water pipe joints

d). Mold P/L strap(s) installed and tightened.
e).Markings for waterline,identification,eyebolt etc. Stamped.
Mould Maintenance:
a) When the mould is vacant, spray anti-rust oil
b) Clean the gate and cooling system regularly
c) Avoid to use recycled material if the mould is suitable for virgin material onlyOdin Mould Service:*ODIN company every 10 days, will provide photos for customer show them tooling process
*ODIN company will send samples to the customer to check and amend the requirements.
*ODIN company will send mould test report and video.
