Introduction
Freeze drying technology is a special dehydration process to remove the water in the material under vacuum and at low temperature, dehydrate products by sublimation directly from ice to vapor .In the freeze-drying processing, the system first freezes the material, then use vacuum pump to suck the air of the container and keep it at a low pressure and meanwhile heat the material gently.let the material to sublimate directly from the solid phase to the vapor phase
JKI New type of freeze-dryer including: Control apparatus and Refrigerating apparatus that being placed in refrigeration storage and Vacuum drying equipment. The refrigeration equipment and vacuum drying equipment work synchronously , keep the former equipment’s temperature at a low basis and put material into refrigeration equipment for pre-freezing , and then put it into vacuum drying equipment for dehydration.
