ISONEM M 35 is a cementitious special waterproofing product reinforced with polymer additives in powder form with a single component. By applying onto the surfaces from both negative and positive sides, it provides waterproofing. The composed insulation layer has got high mechanical and chemical resistance. It is safely used in damp floors, wet rooms, basements screens, underground structures, swimming pools, water tanks, applications such as concrete, render and screed, ceramic insulations and it provides the ultimate solution.

Fields of Application:

• In waterproofing of horizontal and vertical surfaces from negative and positive sides,
• In waterproofing of concretes, renders and screeds,
• In waterproofing of water tanks and waste water tanks,
• In buildings below the level of sea water,
• In insulation of foundation walls internally or externally,
• In water channels, barrages or dams,
• In insulation of floors and walls of bathroom, kitchen and basement.

Surface Preparation:
The application surfaces must be clean and cleansed from oil, dirt, rust and mud. If there are cracks, hoels, segregations or rud holes on the surface, they should be filled with ISONEM M 03 elastic mortar. If the surface is too corrupted, or there are adherence reducing materials on the surface, ISONEM D 10 super glue should be applied as a primer. The dilatations should be filled with ISONEM A4 elastic mortar beforehand, then the insulation process should be started.

Application Type:
20 kg of ISONEM M 35 is mixed with 6,5 lt of water with the help of a 400 rev drill and tip in a clean container for 5 minutes. The mixing process must be made homogeneously. Prepared mortar is applied on the surface in three layers in the intervals of 4 hours. Among layers, the period should not exceed more than 24 hours. The applications in summer should be made in the morning or in the evening.
