Our horizontal biomass gasification furnace is a newly designed machine.It is totally different from other kinds of biomass gasifier,this type is neither fixed bed nor fluidized bed.Our biomass gasification stove combines gasification chamber with chain grate.There is a motor outside drives the chain grate,so ash will not get slagged inside.Also biomass wastes will ly on the chain grate moving with the chain grate.The horizontal biomass gasification looks line a big box,it mainly contains belt conveyor,screw feeder,gasification chamber and a controller.The horizontal biomass gasification stove can load and discharge automatically and continuously for 24h for supplying syngas stably.

Our biomass gasification furnace is horizontal type,it looks like a big box.The whole biomass gasifier can be loaded into a 20'/40' container,which makes the delivery much cheaper and convenient.Also,this gasifier stove is small,then the operation will be easy and workers don't need to get any liscence.We will send professional engineers for installation and training.It is very suitable for users who are the first time starting this kind of project.

Almost all kinds of agricultural and forestry wastes are suitable for this gasificaiton furnace.But plastic,rubber,chemical waste and municiple solid waste can not be used.
