The Commercial Chocolate Melting Pot Details:
1. This Chocolate Melter Machine is used for storage of fine grinded chocolate paste to keep required temperature of chocolate. The temperature control system in machine can keep required temperature of chocolate by control temperature of water in jacket layer.
2. Chocolate Melter Machine has functions of temperature decrease, rise and keeping; you can set required temperature on control panel.
3. Meantime, it also has functions of degasification, desmelling, dehydration and preventing the chocolate paste from separation of chocolate fat by continuous stirring of agitator.
The main material of chocolate is cocoa butter, and it is usually in solid.Before the chocolate material is put into the refiner/conche,the melting process is needed.Further more the cocoa butter melting tank can extend the life of refiner/conche.
The Cocoa butter melting tank is water jacket , The jacket tank and cover are in stainless steel 304.
It is heated by electrical immersion heater.
