KF are ISO standard vacuum fittings and have a flange size of KF-10, KF-16, KF-25, KF-40, KF-50.
They are commonly used to build foreline vacuum plumbing and process systems.
It is consists of two KF flanges, a centering ring with O-ring and a clamp. High vacuum tight KF connections
can be made without the use of tools simply by turning the wing nut of the clamp.The standard sizes for quick flange fittings are KF-10, KF-16, KF-25, KF-40, and KF-50 with flange sizes NW-10, NW-16, NW-25, NW-40, and NW-50, respectively

1.The components of ISO universal flange system are defined by the International Standards Organization(ISO). The construction of ISO flange series includes two smooth-faced sexless flanges clamped together with a combination metal centering ring and O-ring between them.
2. There are 4 Ways to Connect ISO flanges. Double claw clamp connect ISO-K to ISO-K; Bolts and nuts connect ISO-F to ISO-F; Bolts and nuts connect ISO-F to ISO-K use a rotatable bolt ring; Single claw clamp connect ISO-K to ISO-F (tapped).
