   Warranty is 2-3years and sample will be offered first,bluk goods will be done as agreed. You can ask full payment refund in  case of any problem with the products or we can replace all goods with new ones .

3.will sample be in charged ?

For small amount value item, sample is free and you need to pay delivery freight. Sample quantity is 1-3pcs.

4. do your factory have the ability to do research and development ?
