Hot air dryer
DF series hot air dryer has two installation forms for customers to choose, the models under DF5000 can be chosen of side hanging type, installed directly on the side wall of dry insulation material barrel, models above DF6000 are all floor type, can be installed on the bracket of dry insulation material barrel, with drying capacity range varies from 5 to 3000 kg/h.
Energy consumption saving
Raw material preheating can increase the processing efficiency of the machine, also can reduce energy consumption. Using hot air dryer to preheat the raw material can save 38~40% of energy consumption than heating the raw material with the make-up machine, because with double insulation dry material barrels, and with a return air heat exchanger, can save 50~60% of energy consumption compared to ordinary dry machine.
