LS-3000+ Semi-automatic Cryostat Microtome
Considering customers' requirements, Model LS-3000+ improved our Model LS-2900 cryostat microtome by adding control sites  and an   additional compressor to make  it a  quick-refrigeration   cryostat microtome with double compressors.

Fast, steady refrigerant system
Design ergonomically, and all drive parts are produced by machining center.
Mechanism of microtome is protected from expansion and contraction by being seated out of the freezing chamber to reduce maintaining frequency to the hilt.
Cryostat adopts double DANFOSS compressors to cool down freezing chamber, shelf, blade holder and specimen discsseparately by R404A environment friendly fluoride-free refrigerant.
Fast freezing mode enables to get appropriate temperature for slicing in only 50 minutes.
Heat extractor enables to shut down.
Wide freezing shelf may hold 10 specimen discs meanwhile.
Vacuum glass window with transparent electronic heating resistance on top layer enable to  prevent fog and cold air leakage.

Electronic control system with Powerful functions and convenient operation
LCD screen displays total slicing number and thickness, section thickness, retraction,  temperature, date, time, timing defrost, manually defrost, timing power on/off.
Section counting function counts total sliced pieces and thickness.
Specimen retraction function protects specimens from blade scratching  and ensures  sections' integrality (enable to shut down).

Fast trimming function enables fast switch between sectioning and trimming mode. 
Humanize standby function: freezing chamber temperature is between -10ºCand -1ºC automatically while standby and will reach appropriate temperature for slicing  in 10 minutes  after standby is canceled.
Sterilization by UV light takes 35 minutes every time.
 
Precise, comfort, and safe slicing experience
Blade clamp with lock on top of blade holder enables to clamp both wide and narrow blades. To avoid flexible blade cause by spring fatigue, we adopted three- point pressing plate to fix blade and a cam lock to ensure tight.
Blade clamp can be moved horizontally to avoid danger from unintended touch on blade. A third of the blade can do the entire slicing, which makes the blade's life time three times longer.
Anti-rolling plate enables to adjust horizontally, verticality, and also to adjust angle and gap  with pressing plate.
LED illumination in freezing chamber.
Keyboard enables to lock to avoid misoperation.
Handwheel enables to be locked at 9 spots.
Interface of Artificial intelligence make operation convenient and easy-learning.
