Foreword

Shandong Highling Dredging Machinery Co., Ltd, having dredging business since 1992, the dredger we produced is self-propelled or non self-propelled hydraulic cutter suction dredger. Dredger size from 6inch to 24inch, dismantle type and can be assembly at work place, water flow from 600m3/h to 8000m3/h, solid capacity from 120 cbm/h to 1600 cbm/h, dredging depth underwater can be from 6m to 30m with submersible dredging pump, discharge distance from 600m to 4000m with booster station; engine on the dredger can be Cummins engine or DEUTZ  MAN-MAN-MWM engine accordingly; spcial dredgers can be custom made according to requirement.

The company owns blanking workshop, gold panning machinery processing workshop, machining workshop, anti-corrosion workshop, general assembly workshop, product debugging and testing center before ex-factory.

Dredger pontoons can be dismantle and shipped by truck, rail, road, and can be assembly at working place, which can be equipped with anchor booms for anchoring, and trolley for capacity increased.

HLC offers a series of reliable multipurpose heavy-duty work boat designs to assist cutter suction dredger in regular operation and maintenance, the customized HLC work boat with the precise specifications to include: a pilot house, crews’ quarters, deck crane, and various other upgrades.

The cutter suction dredger workboat we produce is multifunctional flexible service boat for dredging construction works. The hull is designed assembly so it’s convenient for transport. The new type workboat is widely used for dredging workers on duty and off duty, diesel oil and hydraulic oil transporting for cutter suction dredger, floaters and pipeline replacing, spares transporting, dredger tugging and pushing, anchoring, dredger repairing, workers resting, dinner, shower taking and so on.

3. Tools  

A complete set of tools and spare parts will be supplied with the work boat for assembly and to carry out all major overhauls, including specialists’ service tools that may be required for Industrial Diesel Engine.

4. Warranty of dredger 

1) 12 months manufacturing warranty on all new installed component parts.

2) 12 months warranty on engine

3) 12 months warranty on hull and all fabricated parts. 

5.  Dredger Work Boat in Testing Center

Three Dredger Testing Center are Available in our Factory 

In oder to guarantee good performance and safety of our cutter suction dredger, all our products will be tested in the testing center before ex-factory, it is tested like the machine working in the customer’s working site. Performance and safety will be tested and recorded in the testing process. Usually, the buyer can also surpervise the testing process before dismantle the dredg

 A. Preparing work before DredgerTesting

      1)  Customers will be invited to watch dredger test , redio and pictures will email to buyers.

      2)  Every parts and connections of dredger should be checked strictly before test 

      3)  Oil and cooling water should be ready for dredger test

B. Dredger Test Contents 

       1). Work condition of electricity connection of dredger should be checked .
       2). Emergency pump to check operation conditions of hydraulic controlling system,
       3). The speed and power of diesel engine should be tested 
       4). Dredging pump will be tested and rotates at different speed with fresh water.
         5). In order to check the operation of various hydraulic machinery and values , The main hydraulic  pump will be opened and hydraulic system load performance should be tested, 

 C. After Testing 
         1).  All equipment performances and testing recorded will be printed as report for customers' reference .
         2). after testing, all work about dredger dismantle should be prepared and let customer knows when and what time will do the delivery.

8. Dredger Installation

Installation of Dredger 

A:   The total installation of dredger will need 10-20 days

B:   2-3 skilled engineers will sent to guide the installation of dredger and train the operators.

C:  Our engineer will arrive your working site within 3 days when the dredger has been transported to the workplace.

D:  Buyer need to arrange 6-8 workers to assist our engineers in the process of installation.

E:  Dredger should be tested for running 24 hours after the complete installation. Dredger test includes:

Operation of the sand /mud dredging

 Hydraulic and electrical system operating

 Running of the dredger’s outfitting equipment

9. Packing and shipping

Payment Terms 

* We'll accept T/T, Western Union and L/C 

*T/T: 30% of total amount in Advance as Deposit, 30% after pontoon have finished  ,

        40% Balance sheet before delivery.
